Re: All 87 Camaro LT owners

I know of one but it's not for sale.:) You won't find a factory 5-speed with the LG4. Only the V6 LT's were allowed to have a 5-speed. Good luck in your search. I think there was only 794 LT's made.

Re: Trunk lid question - convertible owners

My trunk lid works the same. Once it's up, it says up but you have to hold it so it won't slam shut. I think the trunk may be GM but the tonneau is ASC.

Re: Magnaflow Exhaust System Reviews?

:yup:
Only thing I'm not fond of is the exhaust tips. Preformance increase, if any, wasn't really noticable but I bought the system for the deep melo sound.

Re: Most desirable year.

I agree it depends on personal preference. I prefer the cars that you don't see every day like the 82 pace car or the 87 LT convertible that I own.:)

Re: All 87 Camaro LT owners

Looks like it is a regular sport coupe with some options added. 1SD is the top of the line package for sport coupe and LT. The B4E is needed to make it an LT.

Re: All 87 Camaro LT owners

That's correct. There was 794 LTs made. Redoing it back to original won't make it worth a lot more in my opinion. I'm keeping mine as original as possible because you don't see many original third...

Not really. Was so nice a week ago, I took my car out of hibernation for the day. Who would have thought we would have a sunny 60° day in January without any snow on the ground.

Re: Pics and Stories of Rare Converts

The LT is a sport coupe with all of the options like power windows, locks, and leather seats etc., so I guess you could call it the middle priced Camaro. The IROCs cost more with all of the options.

Re: Pics and Stories of Rare Converts

Re: All 87 Camaro LT owners
