Re: 92 camaro rs v6 qustions

200-220 seems about right. My 91 does the same in town and goes lower on the highway. I have had mine about 110-115, but it dies off after that. Not that it hits a governor, but because the car...

Soaked Passenger Carpet

I bought the car about a year ago (91 RS) and the carpet on the drivers side was soaked. Even with the summer heat where I live, it never did dry out. The heater core isn't leaking, and it isn't...

Re: 1989 Camaro - "The Project" Begins...

How much dynamat are you using to cover the rear and front of the car. Also, how far up the firewall are you going? I want to cover the floor of mine before I install the interior.

Re: About to buy a 91 RS V6

it sucks that the difference between a 90 deg. V8 housing and a V6 60 deg housing is 18 degrees. I have a V6 car too....but I also have patience.

Re: 3rd gen camaro with 5th gen wheels - pics

Re: 2.8 V6 to a 4.3 V6

A 4.3L is a 350 with 2 cylinders chopped off. Not only that, but it is a "truck" engine. If you live in a state with strict emissions laws your screwed the moment they open the hood for inspection....

Re: V6 TOP OUT take it to the limit

quantity of sound....yes. quality of sound, no. imo smaller v8's dont have the same low thump as their bigger counterparts no matter what kind of cam or exhaust...or lack thereof.

Re: V6 TOP OUT take it to the limit

you can try and mimic it...but like what has been said before...v6's don't sound like v8's. its like making a 350 sound like a 454.
