Ok so just an update on what is going on:

I received the injectors back from Southbay and they all were cleaned and in working order. I re-installed them and also changed the spark plus for good...

So another note about my issue...when the car is idling rough it chugs like a diesel truck engine and pours smoke out the exhaust ans spews out black carbon...if I rev the engine into the redline...
