i sell cars for a living, and you shouldnt feel bad. buying ANY car for 2500 with 68k original is a decent deal in this market - let alone the fact that its a firebird with t-tops.

i was taking a closer look at mine (one peice, plastic, held on with clips) and i found the name "astra" stamped on it. i googeled it, and it turns out these guys are still around (as astra-hammond)...
