they are balanced differently, mainly because 305 bore is smaller, therefore lighter pistons. you might be able to use it but balancing the crank shaft will be a must.

It has a 60 degree bolt pattern on it. you will have to source a 700r4 with a 90 degree pattern. the v6 700r4s typically have less clutches in the 3/4 clutch stackup.
