I had to glue plastic to the back side of these panels to eliminate the crease. Turned out perfect in the end

Hawks headliner sag

Anyone else have any issues with Hawks headliner kit. While driving my car before winter storage I noticed two issues with it.
1.passenger corner is starting to sag the way 20 year old gm cars do....

Recently got a fresh rebuild on my 700r4. I asked the shop to replace the drive and driven gears for the speedo but they never did.

Do I need to drop the tail housing?

Put it this way I avoid closing the door when the window is part way down. It's either all the way up or down to prevent causing more damage

Just trimmed 1/3 coil and removed rubber insulator. I was able to drop 3/4". From 26.75 to 26".

Shift kit is the biggest factor. I would carefully adjust the tv cable once the kit is installed. Gears will also make a difference.
