did you need any spacer for the drop or did it work. just having to fiddle with the distributor

alright... so now with me not needing the adapter plate because the 2101 is both square and spread bore. i do have the hei but how far of a drop base will i need before i start hitting the msd hei...

no sh!t.. i went to get the tv cable bracket and told the auto parts store what i was going to bolt to it and they said that i needed the adapter plate.. but you sure that i don't need it.. cuz that...

because i got the edelbrock performer 2101 intake manifold for free and it needs a adapter plate so i could use the carter 9605s carburetor that is a square bore carburetor.

no i am talking about a edelbrock performer 2101 spread bore intake manifold with a carter square bore 9605s carburetor with a 1 inch adapter plate.

i did the 1 inch because i wanted to take advantage of the dual plenum on the intake but wouldn't the 2 inch with the 1 1/4 drop base restrict alot of the air flow?

Alternator Swap

Could i fit a 87 camaro alternator with ac in my 83 camaro with ac?

napa says the numbers are different but am i able to do it?

Found the relay, now i start the car and it goes good. I give it gas for a bit and it still goes good. but when i get it up to speed and it just starts clicking. it clicks to the sound of the motor....
