I've run a hundred shot on a 305 many times. Headers, intake, Holley 600, 13.3@107. I didn't have any suspension mods like you so you should be able to use the MPH.

It could be the front pump seal that is causing the leak and it could be that the lack of oil is causing the slipping etc, but it sounds like the transmission is smoked to me. It may be rebuild time....
