Is the compressor OK? If so, evacuate the lines, replace the orifice tube and O-rings and pull a vacuum on the system. Then refill with R-134.

Not sure about camaros, but Firebird dashes are easy, take off trim plate, unscrew cluster from dash, pull forward, bulbs are out back.

I recall something about some Camaros have some bulbs...
