The FPR on a TPI should hold the pressure for a good while after engine is shut down,
The pressure should not drop to 0 after shutdown, same when you prime it when the ignition on the pressure...

I would recommend the Bosch III from Fuel Injector Connection (FIC),

Its a 350 knock sensor and a 350 ESC installed (now, was wrong ESC in the package from the start) But that wasnt the problem, the pickup and ignition module in the dizzy was bad. Thats why it acted...
