tpi on 86 t/a if you step on the gas car sputters

i have a 86 t/a 5.0 tpi when i step on the throttle hard the car sputters the wont return to normal unless i shut the car off now it does the same thing on its own please help

can the damper be replaced or the whole thing

is the whole balancer shot or can i just replace the elastomer

outer ring behind crank pulley is off

the ring bhind the crank pulley is slapping around but the car sill runs fine other than that slapping metal sound what should i do:(
