Sounds like that might be your problem. Very common problem with a tank that has no baffling.

My gold rims arrived today and they do look good. Searching for 275/40R17 tires and I will say there are a lot of options available. I think I will go ahead and put that size at all 4 corners.

At that price I went ahead and ordered a gold set for my 1989 GTA. Probably the Nitto's 275 for the rear. Not sure on the front yet.

I have pretty much reached the goals I wanted with my car. The California smog laws but a limit on things. I do have a 1965 Buick Skylark with a LS3 based 427 that I play with and don't have to worry...

Mainly you want the injector o-ring to be able to seal. So lube up and injector and stick it in the hole and as long as the o-ring is still sealing you are good to go.
