EBL flash fuel upgrade performance

Hey all,
My questions are when upgrading to an adjustable fuel pressure regulator if I will need to upgrade the fuel pump as well.
Any recommendations For AFPR? Not looking for cheapest but good...

I’d prefer the hard top for the reasons you mention pg29. And I hate leaky t-tops.

14,000 miles. I couldn’t stand the 85 per hour speedo so changed to 140 mph California speedo. Never understood why GM would that think in that car.
