After inspecting the HSR I noticed that it was covered in oil in the runners and the upper part aswell.

Yup the PCV is hooked up, the driver side goes into a nipple under the HSR and the pass goes right into the throttle body

Using the comps cam pushrod length checker I found that the optimal length was 7.205 therefore I ordered the comps cam 7808-16.

Yes that's how some of my rockers looked a little side ways and would have space to wiggle and make clatter noise. I appreciate the help and suggestions. Hopefully the longer studs fix the issue...

I checked all the retainers and it seems that there's no damage anywhere else. I'm going to replace the studs and hopefully that fixes it but I'm not sure what else could be causing this problem.

I doubled checked to make sure the flat part was up facing the polylocks aswell and still the same problem occurs I also checked to make sure the rocker arms seats perfectly on the stem aswell.

Yes the heads originally came with guide plates but I removed them since I had the self aligning rocker arms, yes they were full roller rocker arms from comps cam. I bought hardened pushrods aswell...

Sounds like some kind of transmission problem, since the engine revs just fine but once in gear it doesn't move at all.

Theese are the previous datalogs and im not sure about the fuel trim scott has been doing all my tuning so far he has helped me out alot and fixed alot of problems with the rich issue.

Finally solved the problem it turned out that the 02 sensor was causing the very rich condition. Motor is running excellent now and I've checked the plugs and they are burning just right !

Well I took out the old 02 sensor and it's very very black and Its also shaking on the inside so I'm 99% sure it's bad. Could this been the problem of the engine running rich the whole time?

Update on the car, Freddy your are correct it wasn't the brakets, I found the source of the loud whistle it turns out the top part of the Holly stealth ram that bolts up to the intake wasn't sealing...

So I removed the belt and the car keep whistling so that rules out the belt and any pulley aswell. It sounds like it's directly from th throttle body I'm not sure what else it could be ? Any ideas ?...

Update on the car. I'm getting code 44 now I'm not sure if it's because it's running lean or if the O2 sensor is bad. But I have fixed all the vacumm lines and now the map has its own vacuum port.
