Repeated cold starts and idling can kill an O2 real quick. If you do a few cold starts, let it heat up properly to full temp occasionally.

If you don't already have it , you could download the full manual from Holley.com downloads section.

It's vital the sniper is wired correctly with clean power supplied and good earth's.

The answer to that is BARELY!

The plenum just touches one of the underhood frames. You can see a tiny mark on the plenum where it has rubbed. Unfortunately that's the lowest I can find.

All cylinders 140-145 psi

I have had that thought but the wire was stupidly expensive ($28/m) so I was trying to cheap out. No doubt you are entirely correct.

My main concern at the moment is running fuel line and return....

I guess in the end it came down to not wanting to mess around tuning. I still had to plumb a fuel pump and regulators etc as well as the the fact that the carb didn't work with my carb hat and cold...
