The silver accent color is rubbing off on the outer lip and the red is starting to appear. This is actually one of the better condition wheels. I wouldn't be surprise if a previous owner painted...

I have a 1988 sport coupe with 15" wheels painted red to match the body. Was this a backyard job or was it a factory option.

I think we have the same rear design except yours has black and grey. Mines just grey. But I've seen examples of seats with the diagonal seams in them, like the ones on your door panel. I wonder why...
