Turn signal lamp fogging up?

Every time it rains or i wash my car both of my turn signal lamps fog up on the inside of the lens. Why does it do that? They are like brand new.

Yeah I did have a switch for th fan relay and I got rid of it. Then I put it in the fuse box. But I'll look tomorrow about that box junction tomorrow. Its about the same size of wire
