so im planning on doing a swap from my 2.8 mpfi v6 to a carb'd 350. dont want to drop my tank so planning on leaving the stock fuel pump in the tank and running a fuel pressure regulator. just trying...

easiest and cheapest way to get a third gen as low as you can get it? dont really care too much about getting super nice parts, just want to get it low and stiffer suspension so it can handle sliding...

alright guys. so my 2.8 developed rod knock and so im just swapping to a v8 instead of rebuilding the little v6. ive purchased an older chevy 350 with the 3970010 casting number and a good t5 tranny....

ok so no flex plate mixup. its definitely a flywheel. figured out why the clutch is acting up. no the only thing is we still dont know why were getting so much oil leakage between motor and tranny....

we never had any auto tranny stuff mixed into the lot. are flex plates like significantly smaller than flywheels width wise? so that would fix the wierd clutch feel when pushed down as well as the...
