Oh ok. Matte black looks way better to me and not as many people use it. The only bad this is I was told it's harder to keep clean, but if you wash your car a lot then that wouldn't be a problem.

I wouldn't put a 4"+ on mine. I've never really cared for big cowls like that. I think a ZL1 style hood would look pretty sick though! I've never seen a third gen with a hood like the ZL1, does...

Couple people said the 4x6 speakers after markets aren't really worth getting. So I wasn't sure if I could put like 4"-5.5" speakers.

I would do the interior before the exterior. Think about it, you have to sit on the inside. You need to be comfortable driving. Maybe you could just primer the outside if it is VERY bad to keep paint...
