If at all possible I would avoid the washers, you don't want any possible issues with brakes. I would use the 3rd gen booster and the 4th gen master if it wil bolt up or use all 3rd gen booster and...

Car needs to go to a frame bench to have the sag pulled out of that rail. Until that happens it will never be right regardless of what bumper is installed. :imo: If not repaired correctly it will...

Use a tap for intake and clean the bolt threads with a die. With crud on the threads it may get tight before it actually clamps down on the gasket.

'88 #'s match Players W/1LE and he does not want the original block. Fascinating. "Not that there is anything wrong with that" Different strokes for diff folks BUT I want the original myself.
