Engine parts look pretty rusty, be sure to check for frame and body rust. If there's a lot, I'd say move on. You can find a better deal if you are patient.

Well, as long as you have a decent warranty included, you shouldn't have anything to lose but maybe some time, if they have to redo it. You're certainly better off than trying to trust the stranger...
