Which rebuild kit would be best for it? It still has the stock 305 in front of it.

Its rarely on the freeway. But I do like having the overdrive option.

The other day I was cruising down the freeway at 65 with the cruise control on. All of a sudden the transmission shifted out of overdrive and into drive. So I took the next exit to check things out....

No. The Gunk cleaner was used to get any oil and dirt that was on the engine. The engine was off and cool. I was following what the directions said. I only started it after I had rinsed it off to dry...
