I have a friend that's doing a 4.8ls turbo build along side my car about the same amount of progress, he did his own 8.8 with what he calls a mini link its kind of a cross between factory control...

My Dana 44 only has to last a little while I've got most of my parts together for my ford 9" jig I can by a fab 9 kit weld it in my jig with 3.5" or 3" axels back braced choice of length and axle...

There is another thread about this its old but the info is the same stock lt1 is 3" runner lt4 is .100th longer and the miniram is 3.5. HSR I'm not 100% but they are longer than that, longer runner=...

LTR = long tube runner, factory style tpi when I started my project I had a highly modified long tube runner design then swapped to miniram intake by TPIS.

With the 280xfi cam we installed it at 0° instead of 4° retard should add a few hundred rpm to the power curve and I'm not worried about sniffer test

ED Quay long tubes came in today 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 fully tig welded and no complaints there 3 inch collectors with cones vbands go on next and cut the flanges test fit then off to be coated.

Added a spohn bump steer kit to my front suspension and got a front motor plate Its a sprint cup style so fab work to come no traditional motor mounts for this build

I had this cam before I got my heads I'm calling this car my snowball build every plan I had for the car has changed along the way except the CI of the engine and keeping my 700r4. I agree...

I have a Dyno Don duel cat y-pipe exhaust pipes the pipes he sells with his headers they are 2.5" 16g mild steel some very light surface rust in a few spots from sitting making my own stainless steel...

The rpm the stall converter converter could stall at is 2800-3500 its not one or the other it depends on the application it is used for. I'm trying to answer your question to the best of my ability...
