Confirmation on TCC wiring

I can tell ya on my '84 that disconnecting the ecm made no difference to my gauges other than the check engine light staying on... Removing the globe fixed that!

I'm guessing around 800-850 as it is meant to drop to 650 in drive.

Think I've worked it out.... It's the vacuum hose for the hood lourve thing.
Not sure if the relay next to it has anything to do with that as well though.

I should clarify.... The vacuum tube wasn't actually connected to anything before i pulled it. It just had a t piece in the end. The relay thing was connected but I've got no idea what it was / is...
