Street Lite 15x10 & 17x7

Just wanted to document my wheel/tire combo for others out there who are looking for the same. I did have to cut out the bumpstop area to clear, the tires rubbed when the rear axle extended all the way down. I plan to relocate the bumpstops as I am not a big fan of running without them. Also had to hammer a little bit of the lower inner fender but not too much. No other modifications required. Setup is as follows:

4th gen rear
Rear wheel / tire: BS F-Body specific Street Lite, 15x10, 7.5" backspace. 275/60/15 MT Drag Radial
Front wheel / tire: BS Street Lite, 17x7, 4.5" backspace. 225/50/17 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500

Rear bumpstop modifications

Looks good. What are you going to do for bump stops? I put Street Lites on my Firebird and removed the stops but would like to install something.

Looks good, I like the offset wheel sizes. I just did the same thing with my car a couple months ago

just curious if you ever dropped down in tire size? I’m looking at something similar but want less side wall on the back. Thanks

will do. I just ordered Billet Specialties Turbos but I did all 4 in 17. I’m going to do some Draglites for it soon so will see how they do. Thanks

dropped down to 275/50/15, pics below! I personally like this better than the 275/60

That’s the look. I like that better. They finally produced my wheels and looks like they will be here tomorrow. I’ll get some pics and post them.
