BBS RSII ?

My son's 85' Trans Am project has been on hold as it will not be a daily driver and he needed to find transportation for college first. long story short we ended up with a set of 18" x 8 1/2" BBS RS II wheels for pretty much nothing. We were going to use them on his 3 series BMW but it was going to require altering the fenders and I would rather put the extra effort in the T/A. This was last year and it wasn't until last knight when I was cleaning out the basement so that I could see where we had left off on the T/A when I remembered the wheels and brought one in and set it in place. After looking at it we both decided we liked the look, now the question I have here is has any body run these and is there any problems running 18" x 8 1/2" wheels. I know they will need spacers to use the front caps but look like they will still clear. The new rear isn't installed yet so I can't even get an idea there. We are planning on an air bag suspension if that that could make any difference. I would love to see these installed on a 3rd gen but haven't yet been able to find a picture. Thank's for any help and for now I'm going to keep digging, John.
