Depends if they need slipon spacer or bolt on
If the offset right and can truly bolt on or need less than 1/4" spacer etc just take them to get re drilled or do it your self there's a thread on it
If you need to bolt on adapter you can get them custom made to the specs and bolt patter you need
Simple really

Re: What is the correct way to run wheels with a 5x120 bolt pattern?
If your wheels fit correctly (no spacers required) then the absolute best way to run 5x120mm wheels is to use a hub with a 5x120mm pattern. The hubs pictured below are drilled for both the stock 5x4.75" and 5x120mm.
If you are looking for a more economical solution that still solves the technical issues, take a look at what 86ta did in this thread:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/whee...t-pattern.html
If your wheels require a spacer, then the cheapest technically sound solution is to have the car side of the spacers made to mate to the OE 5x4.75" and have the wheel side of the spacers made to mate to the 5x120mm. Motorsport Tech is a good source for custom wheel spacers.
Another solution talked about frequently here is to use wobble nuts. While they are effective at adapting to the slight difference in bolt circle, you lose the lug nuts job of locating the center of the wheel to the center of the hub. You now need to make sure your wheels are hub centric to the hub.

Any chance you still have any of these hubs for sale, or could make more? I realize its a very old thread but figured I'd ask.

Re: What is the correct way to run wheels with a 5x120 bolt pattern?
First, you need to use a 5x120.7 which is 5x4.75 bolt pattern.
Basically the 5x120 bolt pattern is for BMW mainly & the wheel offset's will not be proper
unless they are custom made.
Generally the 5x4.75/5x120.7 wheels are already made for the Camaro, Monte Carlo, S-10 which share the
similar offsets.
