Minor or major dent in rim? Can I still use these wheels?

Purchased some 16x8 crosslace wheels today. Went home and noticed there's a dent on the edge of the inner part of the rim. I'll try to upload a few pictures. I was hoping to refinish them and mount new rubber on them.

Can I mount and balance with out issues?

Is there a way to fix this rim... Dent removal?

The flange is definitely bent, but that is not a concern if that is all there is. (Being on the inside, you would not have to fix it.) The concern is further down. Look at the knurling, the little bumps. On the opposite side of the rim, run your finger thru that area. You should feel nothing but a smooth curved surface. No bends. Even if a very, and I mean very, slight bend, it would be ok. If you can feel a bend, then you could, I mean could, have air leakage at that point. The bend in the flange could be from someone dropping it on the floor. I think those rims are cold rolled, meaning they are a soft metal. There should be someone who could straighten it for you. But even if it holds air, the tire could develop a wear pattern that looks like an out of balance tire.

Clarification on that last sentence. If it has a bend, and is not fixed, and it does hold air, then you could have a flat spot develop on the tread of the tire.
