Ordered rims, might have got wrong adapters
Ok so I ordered some rims earlier, was gonna run some chrome c5 deep dish but then I saw these black/machined deep dish rims on another thread and thought they looked great, plus hard to beat that price!

so I went ahead and ordered some adapters too, gonna run 275/35/18s all around btw too. Well the spacers I ordered were 2inch for all four corners, but after looking again i think i might need a thicker adapter up front. What do you guys think?
Here was my insperation, only thing is he has 18x9.5 up front

2' spacers is what you need if i recall. Just make sure you get regular non hub for the fronts as most that I have bought didnt sit flush on the front rotors. So hubcentrics for the rear, regular for the fronts.

Re: Ordered rims, might have got wrong adapters
whats the exact issue with spacer ? you really didnt give any info on whats the issue ?
2" seems to be the norm
if there ebay adapters you will have that issue due to the fact the way they make the adaptes .. in order to make them wheel centric they taper inside the bore causeing clearance issues with the hub unless you open the area up thats with alot of ebay adapters ive seen they are also a larger dia. then the custom ones i had made not by much but its worth a little weight savings just a tad .. also some are not really hub centric and a tad larger dia. than hub
if you get custom ones made you wont have that issue and fitment is 10 times better and you can get them hub and wheel centric
i would do research first before buying spacer/adapter

Re: Ordered rims, might have got wrong adapters
I was just doing the math (wrong before) and thought I was going to need a thicker spacer up front. The spacers I originally ordered came in today, and the rims are a suppose to be here later too so I guess Ill soon see what the fitment is like. The adapters I ordered are supose to clear my front hubs, but im prepared to clearance them if necessary. Its just going to come down to trial and error now. Thanks for the response though!
