Re: Post pics of you rims!

I personally think that the chromed Irocs are over done. Everyone and their mom has them, and they are usually way too big for the car they are on. 20s dont look good on thirdgens most of the time. I dont like the iroc wheels bigger than 17 either... I like BOZE wheels but they are a little expensive. take a look at this thread

Re: Post pics of you rims!

MAXIMUM RIM + MINUMUM TIRE IS A GOOD FORMULA AS LONG AS IT DOSENT RAISE THE RIDE HEIGHT OR RUB THE FENDER WELL. 17 X 8 FRONT AND 17 X 9 REAR LOOKS LIKE GOOD NUMBERS.

Re: Post pics of you rims!

i ran these 14s a few days till i got a set of tires on my rs.
they really rode well, but the fronts were so small it looked like a
something or other.lol.
belt broke in one of the rears....surprised they lasted as long as they did.
the tires are 25 years old.
i had em on my 70 beetle back in the day of gas wars.

Re: Post pics of you rims!

get yourself a set of stock iroc rims from 88-90 and get them refinished/bead blasted and polished. They'll look better than any aftermarket imo
