damm. thats no good. Might as well pick up a 3500 if ya can. Would be pretty easy to swap for ya.
I have a friend that had many l67 engines that he would have sold me but im not too impressed by the times those things push out for the amount of fab i would have had to do, but then again his 3800lbs gtp can run mid 11s...lol

im hoping its not cracked as much as i want to put a different motor in it im not looking forward to dropping the cradle out of it to swap motors
i already have to drop the craddle in 2x aleros to do a trans swap for a buddy
take the good trans out of the car that has a blown motor , and install it in the car that has a good motor but bad trans
edit
i wonder how hard a rwd conversion would be, i know a few ppl have done gagt rwd conversions before

im going to scotch brite the one cyl wall were i think its cracked and look at it with a magnifying glass to see if i can see a crack, it has theese weird stains on the wall that run up and down in a single line, but i cant feel anything with my fingernail
im hoping its not cracked as much as i want to put a different motor in it im not looking forward to dropping the cradle out of it to swap motors

Re: ive joined the dark side , turbo 3400
Is it a 1.8 2.0 or 2.2? And it cant be the quad 4 family either. If so it should match the metric pattern that our 60 degree v6s share. But I can't be 100 percent certain. There has got to be info somewhere on it...

as far as the cyl before i cleaned it it really looked like a crack , as of right now im 95% sure its ok but i need to get a magnifying glass to make certian
