Passing Emmissions
Hey guys,
So my 1983 2.8L Camaro has failed DEQ testing 8 times now. I've taken it to a shop, who was able to get it down considerably, but still is high enough to fail. The shop's equipment says it passes with room to spare, but the testing station seems to think otherwise.
Here (https://i.imgur.com/u1MkJ05.jpg) is the latest fail sheet. Anyone have any ideas?
Already done:
New Cat
New plugs and wire
Oil change
