random misfire and cylinder 1 and 4 misfire codes.
I have replaced both rotor, cap and wires and the plugs roughly 2,500 miles ago. I might possibly have an intake leak could that cause a misfire? when he ran it there was three codes for a random misfire, cylinder 1 and 4 misfire codes. Im stumped on this one and I am out of ideas. Could it be my timing? or Ignition module?

I'm going to assume that since you know what cylinders are misfiring, you have OBDII. And with that, DIS. Replace the coil for 1 and 4 (same coil!) with one of the others on the module. If the misfire follows the coil, replace the coil.
