Injector stuck open??
I installed cheap reman injectors just over a year ago. Engine started and ran fine until the last month. Cold start seems ok but when hot not so much. The engine fires but has trouble finding a stable idle. Sometimes it will just dies. If I open the throttle some it seems to help get the engine running and then it will idle and run ok. When it starts hot though the revs shoot up to 3k then drop back to normal. It also seems to be using way more gas than it did. It's raining so I can't pull the plugs or check the injector resistance. Do the symptoms suggest at least one injector stuck open at least some of the time?

I have to hold the gas pedal 1/4 to 1/2 throttle for a good minute or two for mine to stay running when i first start it up. then idles rough, and eventually runs kinda ok half an hour later with a bit of hesitation off the line lol.. maybe we have a similar problem?? im curious.

Re: Injector stuck open??
Yours is worse by the sound of it. With a computer controlled engine you should just need to turn the key. Mine was that way. I've pulled the injectors and the resistances look ok. Cap and rotor needed replaced and new air filter plus standard thermostat. I'd been using a 160 and it's been running rich. I've got a replacement set of injectors coming even if the ones in the car now are OK. I just don't have any peace of mind with them. If I've still got a problem after this I'll do some more diagnosis. Sounds like you need to as well.

Re: Injector stuck open??
I have been having same issues, and my O2 sensors die, ( have headers ) I still have the single wire 02
I was pulling my plugs other day and noticed that 5 out of 6 look fairly clean like they been burning Fuel. 1 is covered in unburnt fuel?
I went through the pita of switching injectors around, and seeing if same cylinder fouls or if it follows my injector
I messed up in the Vid, but left spark plug is what all but 1 look like

Re: Injector stuck open??
The problem turned out to be a leaking fuel pressure regulator diaphragm. I put in a new one and back to normal starting (key only) hot or cold.
