starting issues

So it's like this. I recently did an almost full tune up on my car (plug wires, spark plugs, cap/rotor, ignition coil, oil, belt, pcv valve, O2 sensor, and seafoamed the car) thinking that would solve my starting problems, but it did'nt. whenever I go to start my car, on days were it sat for a long time (over nite) it would start up in a split second, like almost as soon as i turn the key, but sometimes, it will take a solid 5-6 secs of cranking before it will just barely catch and startup. normally when it just cachtes i have to give it some gas so that it does'nt die on me, and everytime it start it runs super rich like you can really smell it. my question is, whats up with my car? its throwing absolutely no codes, and the only i have left to do is fuel filter, so I don't know what it could be. do you think resetting the timing will solve my problems?

any help would be great!

Re: starting issues

Battery is good, bought it two months ago. Could that be timing? like i've never done timing before and I have no clue what the timing should be at. Is that something I should look into?
