Help on smog results.

Alright guys, I need ideas in a hurry. I am possibly getting ready for a run out to Phoenix to vist Pacesetter regarding some headers. I want to get the car running as well as posible so that when they test it, things go smoothly. No doubt they will run it on the smog dyno, so I have to get the HC emmissions down and need suggestions. Here are my most recent results.

15 mph: 25 mph:
1762 RPM 1738 RPM
%CO2: 14.8 14.8
%O2: 0.5 0.5

MAX HC: 114 88
AVG HC: 31 20
MEAS HC: 114 81

MAX CO%: 0.73 0.61
AVG CO%: 0.10 0.09
MEAS CO%: 0.14 0.07

MAX NOX: 785 724
AVG NOX: 237 199
MEAS NOX: 122 140

forgive the formatting, didn't come out as I had hoped. i didn't feel like going through the trouble to create a table.

As you can see, the only thing that was high was the HC. I would just like to know what I should check out to lower the HC before I go out there.

I have great compression on every cylinder, damn near 150 PSI on the initial stroke. The entire ignition system is brand new less the ICM and fuel pressure is dead on at 40 PSI. Just looking for tips on how to bring that number down. Thanks guys.
