Transmission and Engine identification

So it's kind of weird, I got this 91 camaro RS with a 5.7 lt1 and a t56 transmission off my buddy. I was told the engine and transmission were out of a wrecked zr1 or zl1, some z code corvette or something. From what I can tell it's just a stock lt1 with aluminum heads and I checked the transmission and verified it's a t56. I was told the boot and **** on it came out of the car the t56 originally came in if that helps at all, I think they're are out of a C5. Let me know your thoughts, I was just kinda curious.

there's the **** and boot

Re: Transmission and Engine identification

The Z option you trying to think of is probably Z07.
