Driveshaft loop suggestions

I got a Lakewood DS loop but since I also have a BMR torque arm, it doesn't fit. Looking for suggestions on what you all have done to accommodate. Ideally I wanted to use the spohn one that mounts to the crossmember, but my setup is a t56 with a hooker blackheart crossmember and BMR torque arm. Pics are a plus!

Re: Driveshaft loop suggestions

I'm in the same boat as you. The Lakewood doesn't fit and I'm committed to the BlackHeart crossmember.
Two thoughts. One is to copy the Spohn idea and incorporate it into the BlackHeart piece. The other, and this is a thought I had a while back but never followed up, and that's to attach the loop directly to the torque arm. A 2"-3" wide piece of steel pipe like well casing (6" diameter +/-) would be about the right size. A ring in effect. The difficult part is to account for the drive shaft movement. Then again I guess then torque arm has the same relative movement. Off the top of my head I can't recall how far the torque arm is from the driveshaft. It may unworkable but that's where I'm heading eventually.
