700r4 2-3 shift
Ok 1st off I have a built trans, but don't have a lift so I H8 to do trans/converter swaps unless I really have to. My current trans has 90k and a corvette servo, cooler, alum pan, 2000 86 corvette stall.
Anyways my 2-3 shift just feels slow/delayed, a common problem with 700r4's I've read. So I've looked at maybe improving/fixing this w/o pulling the trans and not spending a lot(because I have a built trans for when this one goes or when I finally put a decent converter in it). I've found two possibilities, the trans go Jr kit or maybe the sonnax Release Check Valve Kit.
Links for both

My trans experience is limited so less complicated is better LOL
I also have another project that is gonna get a used working 700r4 that I plan to do the vette servo n either of those(or both) before I even drop the motor/trans in.

Re: 700r4 2-3 shift
Both items you listed seem like they should help you out. One other thing you might want to look into is a lighter/weaker 1-2 accumulator spring. The accumulator cushions the harshness/quickness of the shift, so a weaker spring will lessen the cushioning and hopefully quicken up the shift as well.
