New Corvette servo, doesn't shift into OD

I need some help with this, recently I had a Corvette servo installed into my Trans Am's transmission to firm up the 1-2 shift. It shifts strong now from 1-3, but the tranny will not shift into OD. It's almost as if the car is stuck between gears when you cruise at a constant speed above 50mph. What can I do to correct this? The tranny was fine before.

Re: New Corvette servo, doesn't shift into OD

If it was fine before the mod, obviously, the issue is with the servo. The servo applies the band for 2nd and 4th speed (it also acts as an accumulator for 3rd). Since you have 2nd speed, the issue is with the back end of the servo where it applies the band for 4th.

Who did the installation? I'd take it back and have them fix it.

My guess is the 4th apply piston is in backwards.
