2002 Silverado 4l60e help needed
Sorry guys know its not an F bod but my DD and Im stuck
In OD occasionally when leaving a light it does this bucking/jerking type thing for a split second then stops, shifts normally and operates fine other than that
In "3" never does it.
Fluid doesnt look burnt has about 40k on it.
Is this something some of you techies have experienced what was the fix?
My experience with autos is ltd to installing shift kits in the old T350/400 trannies but not a bad wrench.
Its my DD and dont have the coin for yet another trans.
Already had 4 in it. This was a brand new crate GM trans/converter has about 80k on it total
Thanks!

Doesn't sound like a trans problem...
Sounds more like fuel delivery.

Interesting Ill check the fuel pressure and the TPS I hear can affect things.
Had something similar happen yrs ago the shift points were getting screwy changing the fuel filter solved it

Against my better judgement I had the trans power flushed, filter changed and threw a bottle of Lucas in it.
Been 3 weeks? All seems Ok so far no shuddering maybe a solenoid had some dirt stuck in it
I noticed the converter doesnt unlock in OD soon as it normally does. Truck pings some maybe my FP is low shoot just put a FP in it 2 yrs ago
Tell ya if it werent for the electronics Id put a T400 in it or sell it and buy something older with no smog and a Qjet.
