Re: trans swap
speedo cable should fit either, cross member should be fine for the 700r4 maybe the DS too, the 350 will for sure need a cross member and DS
TV cable is required for the 700r4, is the 200 not TV controlled? the 350 is a mecahnical bracket iirc
also keep in mind if going to the 700r4, to make sure the TV system functions correct the correct carb bracket/s may be required as well

Re: trans swap
Just put a 700r4 in my 82. Had to shorten driveshaft 3" and relocate crossmember. took some work but wasnt too bad. I marked bolt hole locations on cross rails with a sharpie and drilled holes slightly bigger than bolt. I then welded nuts to 3/16 steel plates about 2" square (these also need a hole drilled in them). I then welded these to the inside of the frame rails making sure everything lined up.
