Re: T56 clutch fork pivot

Check with a Tremec dealer. The pivot is part# 1386-183-004 and the pivot bolt is 1386-149-001.

Tremec Dealers:
www.thegearbox.org
www.ddperformance.com
www.autogear.net
www.rsgear.com

Since your in TX, might want to check with Mike @ http://www.txmotorsports.com/ also..

Re: T56 clutch fork pivot

I haven't been through that whole list yet but this thing is proving to be discontinued. If any one has one would you do me the favor of taking some measurements for me. I'm just gonna make one

Do what Mike suggested instead of calling the GM dealer.

Well i've been through that list and many more now and it was discontinued a long time ago. This part is easy enough to make so lets find some measurements i will be asking anyone I know.

Re: T56 clutch fork pivot

Looking at it as the "T" shape
top width = 1.200"
trunk width = 0.475"
depth/thickness = 0.600"

The "arm-pits" of the "T" are actually semi-circular for the rotation. The are 0.400" at the thickest, and bevel around to both front/back edges 0.200" thick.

The bolt hole measures about 0.333".
