B&M Kickdown Kit Questions
I was thinking about installing a B&M kickdown plunger kit in my car.
I know that it will give me the ability to stay in O.D. at higher speeds
and the 4-3 downshift doesnt happen until 75% throttle is applied.
My question is will the B&M kit affect my part throttle downshift at
civilized speeds, i.e. around town driving 25-45mph? Will I have to
push the pedal damn near to the floor just to pass somebody at
normal speeds or floor it to get part throttle downshift when going
up a hill? And my last question, my tranny is a 91' 4L60 out of an L98 Z28,
did the later 88-up F-Body 700R4/4L60's come with WOT 4th T.V. valve or was it limited to only 9C1 Police Pkg Caprices?
