What flywheel to put between 383 & T-56?
I've just about got together all the parts to drop my trashed 700r4 and put in my T-56, but my question is what flywheel and clutch setup will work inbetween my one piece rear main seal 383 and my T-56 that is from a 95 so is an lt1 T-56? Will the stock setup work or no? any help would help.

one piece main seal is everything above 86, minus the 3rd gen motors(LSx)
correct me if i'm wrong, i mainly work in the 2 piece seal area..

It might be less "prone to confusion" if you were to say the "Gen III" engines (and Gen IV) - even though you specified LSx, there are probably some people who'd still get confused at the phrase "3rd gen motors"...

Hey thanx for the info but I was more worried about it being a 400 crank. From the research I've done the stock flywheel and clutch will bolt right up and work.

It will bolt up, but whether it will be balanced or not is an entirely different question.

Re: What flywheel to put between 383 & T-56?
No, GM never made a 1-pc RMS 400.
MOST BUT NOT ALL aftermarket 383 cranks are made for internally balanced engines. If yours is, then a stock LT1 flywheel will work fine. If not, get a stock one, and take it to the balance shop, and have them "unbalance" it to the stock 400 spec.
You MUST determine FOR ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN what kind of crank YOU have. Whatever worked in somebody else's motor, won't tell you a thing about what will work in yours. Talk to the machine shop that built your motor, or ask the crank mfr, what your crank's balance spec is. Avoid talking about "internal" or "external" balance if possible, because an "internally" balanced 1pc RMS engine has part of its balance weight located on the flywheel. This DOES NOT make "all" 1-pc RMS motors "externally balanced", even though to the naked eye, a person who doesn't know what those terms really mean, will perceive the balance weight (which was on the flywheel flange of a 2-pc RMS crank) as being "external". It is NOT "external" even though it sort of "looks" like it. This causes endless confusion in the hot-rod world.
