Gear swap in a 1990 IROC

It looks like it's time to replace the posi unit in my 1990 IROC. Since I have an extra rear sitting with 3.73 gears in it. Besides pulling the entire rear end and installing it, what do I need to do to correct the speedometer for the new gear ratio?
