Cable X issues.... HELP!

I have a big road trip coming up tomorrow. I installed the cable X box so i could enjoy an speedometer for the trip. It doesn't work.

I went through the test proceedure, and during the part where the speedo is supposed to run for 20 seconds...it doesn't. The LED illuminates for the 20 seconds, but the motor/speedo doens' move.

I tehen set the dip switches up for my car, put it in gear and ran it, just to see if it would run the speedo that way, and nothing.

Any advice from other Cable X'ers?

P.S. Abbot Tech is conveniently closed...all week.

Thanks for all the help above!

I ended up sending the cable x back, it got repaired (suposedly) and shipped back to me again....w/o the instructions. Anyone have their instructions and can run me through the "calibration" and how to set the dip switches for my car?

245/50 tire and 3.73 gear, and 17 tooth reluctor...

THANKS IN ADVANCE to anyone who steps up here!
