If I go non cc
84 305 4bbl if i go non cc carb and distributor will my TCC still function normally? If not what do I need to do?

You can install a kit from Painless Wiring, B&M, TCI or other sources to control the TCC, or you can wire it up yourself.

No, it'll be a completely stand-alone system. Sensors don't really do anything without a computer to read them and make decisions.

sorry, i meant if i didn't install an aftermarket kit. or is the tcc control related to the sensors on the carb and distributor? I guess i can find out only one way

If you wire it up yourself and don't use an aftermarket kit, then it still has nothing to do with any existing sensors.
