Blueprinting a 10 bolt + disaster pictures

Man, sometimes life just .....
I've got a 10 bolt 7.5" out of a 96 Trans Am. It died after 1500 miles on my TA-84. I guess it was removed from a wrecked car and that something may have been wrong in the first place. This rearend has costed me about 800 USD (not cheap here in Sweden) - so I'd like to rebuild it.

Is there some way to blueprint this rearend to see if something (except bearings + gears) are missaligned?

Doesn anyone have a blueprint or assembly guide for this rearend that I can download?

The rearend died going at 40-45 mph and that tore the gears into pieces. When I took it apart I saw that the bearing on the incoming axle was totally ruined.

Pictures can be found here:

Thanks in advance for any help

it's hard to tell much from your pics. make sure the measurements are all correct, pinion depth, pinion preload, carrier preload, torque on bolts, every thing clean, i use red loctite on the bolts, use new ring gear bolts, new pinion nut, weld the axle tubes to the center houseing, use a girddle for the rear cover.

Yeah I know, the pictures are bad and they're from before disassembly.

What I need is an assembly guide with torque numbers and other relevant numbers.

I've searched the net but it looks like noone has such a guide on their homepage.
Guess I have to order a book on the subject from the states - would be nice to order the needed parts at the same time, the freight costs are killing me.
