AEM fuel pressure gauge to fuel rail

I want to grab the 30-4401 FP gauge. Where would one find the AN adapter to mount the FP sending unit to the schrader bung on the fuel rail?

What thread is the sender ? Tpi schrader fitting is an4

I'm not sure, they don't say. It looks like the same thread as a knock sensor.
